Marvin J. Senior started in real estate purchasing, leasing and selling homes in the year 2000 up until the 2007 mortgage crisis, it was then he switched his focus to blight and demolition. Marvin enrolled into a blight program in Detroit, MI in 2015 and it was there he was introduced to environmental abatement. As he begin to further his knowledge and skills the world shut down (covid-19) an indication he took to travel. Marvin has been consistent with keeping up with his license and has extensive knowledge and experience in environmental remediation & hazardous removal. 

Moving forward the future goal is to get certified as a 8(a) firm to learn from, as well as take part on larger projects by joining another firm in partnership consisting of the mentor protégé or joint venture arrangements, also to become a (CAC) certified asbestos consultant in the state of California.
